Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information concerning the requested transportation service.

Vehicle condition and operability.
Pickup and delivery access conditions.
Special equipment or handling requirements.
Hazardous, restricted, valuable, oversized, or regulated cargo.
Required permits, documentation, authorizations, or access instructions.
Accurate contact information for pickup and delivery parties.
Customers must not provide false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate shipment information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority to request transportation of the cargo or vehicle submitted for service.
Additional fees, delays, refusal of service, or cancellation may result when shipment information is inaccurate, requirements are not disclosed, locations are inaccessible, cargo is not ready, or additional labor, equipment, permits, storage, waiting time, or transportation services are required.
5. Prohibited or Restricted Cargo
We may refuse to transport any cargo that is illegal, unsafe, improperly packaged, inaccurately described, prohibited by law, or outside the scope of our equipment, authority, insurance, or operating capabilities.
Restricted cargo may include, depending on the circumstances:
Illegal substances or contraband.
Explosives or dangerous materials.

Customers should disclose cargo value and any special insurance requirements before services are accepted.
Customers are responsible for inspecting cargo or vehicles at delivery when reasonably possible and documenting visible damage, shortages, or other issues.
